QIDI PAHT-GF Filament – 1kg
High-Temperature Nylon Reinforced with Glass Fibre for Industrial-Grade Performance
QIDI PAHT-GF is a premium engineering filament made from high-temperature nylon reinforced with 15% glass fibre. Designed for demanding mechanical and industrial applications, this material delivers exceptional strength, rigidity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability—making it ideal for functional parts that must withstand stress, friction, and thermal loads.
Exceptional Mechanical Strength
The glass-fibre reinforcement dramatically increases stiffness and durability, enabling parts to maintain their shape and performance under heavy loads. Its improved dimensional stability helps minimise warping and shrinkage during printing.
High Heat Resistance
PAHT-GF maintains strength at elevated temperatures, offering excellent thermal stability for parts used in engines, tooling, machinery components, and other high-demand environments.
Low Moisture Absorption
Unlike standard nylon, this formulation has significantly lower water uptake, giving you more predictable print quality and mechanical consistency even in humid environments.
Superior Wear and Abrasion Resistance
The material’s strong, low-friction characteristics make it ideal for gears, bushings, brackets, and components exposed to movement, friction, or repeated mechanical stress.
Refined Matte Industrial Finish
Prints produce a clean matte appearance that hides layer lines and gives every part a premium, professional-grade look.

Recommended Hardware
Use a hardened-steel, bimetal, or tungsten-carbide nozzle—glass fibre is abrasive and will rapidly wear down brass nozzles.
For best adhesion, print on PEI, HF, or smooth steel build plates.
Storage & Handling
Always store PAHT-GF in a dry box or sealed container with desiccant. Dry before each print for optimal adhesion, strength, and surface quality.
Ideal Applications
High-load mechanical components
Automotive and industrial prototypes
Gears, brackets, and wear-resistant parts
Functional components exposed to heat or friction
Engineering parts requiring industrial durability
Engineered for Demanding Prints
QIDI PAHT-GF Filament offers the strength, heat resistance, and reliability needed for true engineering-grade, functional end-use parts. It’s the perfect choice for professionals seeking performance far beyond standard nylon.
