How it works
Choose a voucher value and complete your purchase.
Once payment has been confirmed and the voucher order fulfilled, the gift-card code is delivered digitally.
Enter the code at ZK Print checkout. Use the balance over one or more purchases within its validity period.
Shipping is not free with a gift voucher. Normal shipping charges apply when ordering physical products. Your voucher balance pays towards the full checkout total, including applicable shipping and taxes. Pay any shortfall using another accepted payment method. Free delivery applies only if your order qualifies under our normal shipping policy.
Gift voucher terms and conditions
Validity: Paid gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue, unless the full value is redeemed sooner. Any longer validity period stated on the issued voucher or required by applicable law will be honoured.
Where to redeem: Redeem your voucher at the ZK Print online checkout. Vouchers represent a monetary balance in South African rand and do not reserve specific products, stock or prices.
Order total: The voucher balance is applied to the total order amount, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. A voucher does not provide an additional shipping allowance or an automatic entitlement to free shipping.
Partial use and additional payment: Any unused balance remains available for later purchases within the voucher's validity period. If your order exceeds the available balance, pay the difference using another accepted payment method. Multiple gift cards may be used on the same order.
Cash, returns and refunds: Vouchers are not ordinarily exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to ZK Print's returns policy and applicable consumer law. Where an eligible purchase paid for with a gift voucher is refunded, the voucher-paid portion will ordinarily be restored as gift-card value, unless the law requires otherwise. This does not limit any statutory refund or cancellation rights.
Keep your code secure: Anyone with access to the code may be able to use it. Report loss, theft or suspected unauthorised use promptly. Replacement of an unused balance is subject to proof of purchase and verification. Recovery of amounts already spent cannot be guaranteed, without limiting any rights you have under applicable law.
Other gift cards and promotions: Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Applicable promotional discounts may be used when redeeming a voucher, subject to the promotion's terms. Purchases of gift vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts unless a promotion expressly includes them.
Prices and availability: Products are subject to availability. Prices and delivery charges applicable when the voucher is redeemed will apply.
Payment verification: Vouchers are issued after payment confirmation and order fulfilment. Orders may be subject to reasonable payment and fraud checks, particularly for high-value purchases. A proof-of-payment document alone does not establish that funds have cleared.
Your consumer rights: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies available under South African consumer law. If a provision conflicts with applicable law, the law will prevail.
