Opened filament cannot be returned for change of mind. Filament is hygroscopic — drying before use is recommended. Suspected manufacturing defects are assessed via our support ticket and replaced if confirmed. See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy and Warranty page for full details.
Carbon-fibre reinforced TPU for resilient functional parts
Combine a matte carbon-fibre appearance with the toughness and vibration-damping character of high-durometer TPU. Consider it for protective housings and resilient components; Shore 70D is not a soft 70A TPU.
Material: IPCON TPU CF 70D.
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm.
Net filament per spool: 1 kg.
Colour: select from the available manufacturer variants.
Hardware to check before printing
Use an abrasive-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or tungsten carbide, and confirm the recommended nozzle size in the current manufacturer profile. Filled filaments can wear softer nozzles. Check your printer's temperature limits and filament-feed compatibility before use.
Manufacturer printing guidance
Drying Settings Before Printing: 80 – 100 °C, 8 – 12 h (Blast drying oven).
Nozzle Temperature: 210 – 250 °C.
Bed Temperature: 35 – 50 °C.
Drying, storage and results
Keep filament sealed with desiccant and follow the current material-specific drying instructions. Use equipment and spools rated for the required drying temperature. The settings above are starting guidance, not a guarantee: tune for your machine, geometry and environment. Work in a suitably ventilated area and review the safety data sheet.
Product photographs show manufacturer colour examples and sample prints; printed models are not included. Colours may vary with lighting and screen settings.
