The Phaetus Conweb™ Build Plate for QIDI Plus4 is a double-sided, textured flexible build plate developed by Arkfly × Phaetus. Its Conweb™ coating is designed for strong adhesion at room temperature with supported materials, while the flexible spring-steel core makes finished prints easy to release.
Key features
Room-temperature adhesion: Phaetus promotes the Conweb™ surface for printing without bed heating. Use material-appropriate settings; this is not a guarantee that every filament can be printed on an unheated bed.
Flex-to-release removal: bend the flexible plate to help release finished prints quickly.
Warp-resistant core: HRC50+ hardened spring steel is designed to maintain plate flatness.
Double-sided textured surface: Conweb™ adhesion coating on both sides provides two usable printing surfaces.
Oleophobic surface layers: the manufacturer's construction diagram specifies an adhesion-enhancing oleophobic coating over the Conweb™ adhesion layer on each side.
