With an expansive 390 × 390 × 340 mm build volume, the Max4 is ideal for printing large prototypes, structural components, and multi-part assemblies without segmentation. Its reinforced CoreXY motion system enables high-speed printing while maintaining excellent surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical stability during long or complex print jobs.
High-Temperature Direct Drive Extrusion System
The Max4 is equipped with an all-metal direct-drive extruder and a high-temperature hotend capable of reaching up to 370 °C. This allows reliable printing with a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, TPU, and fibre-reinforced composites such as carbon fibre and glass fibre filaments.
Active Heated Chamber for Engineering Materials
A third-generation active chamber heating system maintains internal temperatures of up to 65 °C, significantly reducing warping and improving layer adhesion when printing high-performance materials. This controlled environment enables consistent results with demanding filaments that typically require industrial-grade conditions.
Smart Automation and Intelligent Monitoring
The Max4 Combo includes automatic hands-free bed levelling, filament runout detection, and AI-assisted camera monitoring for real-time print supervision. Power-loss recovery and motion optimisation further enhance reliability, making it suitable for long-duration and high-value print jobs.
