Understand the workflows before you buy

UV direct printing: suitable rigid surfaces, with testing and preparation as required.

DTG garment printing: appropriate pretreatment and heat curing are required; xTool recommends fabrics with at least 50% cotton for best results.

Textile DTF: requires compatible film, powder application/curing and heat pressing.

UV DTF transfers: require suitable films and the correct printing/laminating process. UV DTF transfers and textile DTF are different workflows.
A heat press is not included. Computer, blanks, garments and workflow-specific consumables should be budgeted separately unless confirmed in your final packing list. This bundle is not a guarantee of ready-to-run production for every application.

Plan your workspace
Use a stable, level bench in a well-ventilated workspace. Recommended conditions are 20–30°C and 50–80% relative humidity. Keep the printer powered for automatic ink and printhead maintenance; plan reliable power accordingly. Automatic maintenance does not replace nozzle checks, cleaning and routine servicing. Built-in filtration does not remove the need for ventilation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I print on every material without preparation?
No. Adhesion depends on the material and surface finish. Test your blanks and use the appropriate cleaning and primer process, particularly for glass, ceramics and stainless steel.
Are printed cups dishwasher-safe?
OR1-printed items should be hand-washed. Do not print on rims, interiors or other areas that contact lips, food or drink. Rotary compatibility depends on the item's dimensions and clamping geometry; not every bottle or handled cup will fit.
Is this the Dual UV edition?
No. This bundle does not include the Dual UV edition's fluorescent-ink and specialist flexible-white configuration.
