Give your filament storage a fresh supply of moisture protection with Orange Indicating Silica Gel Beads – 240g. This replacement desiccant consumable is intended for the 3D Printer Filament Dry Storage by ZK Print, helping absorb moisture from the air inside the closed storage container.
Why use indicating silica gel?
Moisture control: helps maintain a drier storage environment for your filament when used in a well-sealed container.
Visual moisture indication: the indicating beads change colour as they absorb moisture, providing a useful cue to check the desiccant.
Practical replacement consumable: replenish the desiccant in your ZK Print filament dry-storage setup without replacing the storage container.
240g net contents: orange silica gel beads supplied as a standalone refill.
How to use
Place the beads at the bottom of the container and clear of filament. Close the storage container securely and minimise unnecessary opening. Check the beads regularly and replace them when they are moisture-loaded.
Storage, not active drying: silica gel helps control moisture during storage; it is not a substitute for a powered filament dryer when filament is already wet.
What is included?
Approximately 240g of orange indicating silica gel beads. The dry-storage container, filament and any separate desiccant holder are not included.
Care and safety
Keep unused beads tightly sealed in a dry place. Do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets, and avoid breathing any dust. Follow the supplier’s instructions before attempting heat regeneration; no regeneration temperature is specified for this refill.
