PolyLite PETG by Polymaker is a premium, easy-to-use PETG filament that combines strength, flexibility, and chemical resistance with excellent printability. Designed for both hobbyists and professionals, it provides a perfect balance between performance and ease of use—making it ideal for functional parts, prototypes, and durable everyday prints.

This filament offers improved heat and impact resistance compared to PLA, while maintaining low warping and excellent layer adhesion. It prints smoothly with consistent extrusion, producing parts with strong interlayer bonding and a glossy, professional finish. PolyLite PETG performs reliably across a wide range of FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm filament. Recommended print settings include a nozzle temperature of 230°C–260°C, a bed temperature of 70°C–80°C, and light cooling (0–20%) to achieve the best layer adhesion and surface quality.

With a tensile strength of approximately 50 MPa and a heat deflection temperature of around 75°C, PolyLite PETG produces durable, dimensionally stable prints that withstand stress and heat. Its low shrinkage and excellent dimensional accuracy make it a dependable choice for both small and large-scale projects.

To maintain optimal print quality, it’s best to store the filament in a dry environment and, if needed, dry it at 65°C for about six hours before use. Suitable for glass, PEI, or adhesive-coated print surfaces, PolyLite PETG ensures dependable adhesion and reliable print results spool after spool.
