Polymaker Fiberon PPS-CF10 is a high-performance engineering filament made from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 10% carbon fibre. Designed for industrial-grade 3D printing, it combines exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, electrical insulation, and lightweight rigidity in a material built for demanding functional applications.

Unlike many ultra-high-performance polymers, PPS-CF10 offers a more manageable printing experience while still delivering outstanding mechanical and thermal performance for end-use parts and precision engineering components.

Printer Requirements

  • Recommended Nozzle Temperature: 310–350°C

  • Recommended Bed Temperature: 80–90°C

  • Recommended Chamber Temperature: None.

  • Print Speed Capability: Up to 250 mm/s

  • Nozzle Type: Hardened Steel, Tungsten Carbide, Ruby, or equivalent wear-resistant nozzle required

  • Drying: 100°C for 10 hours before printing (recommended)

  • Bed Adhesion: PEI, PPS-specific build surfaces, or suitable high-temperature adhesive

  • Enclosure: Enclosed Chamber (Recommended)
