For best results, print in an enclosed or temperature-controlled environment to maintain consistent heat throughout the process. Recommended print settings include a nozzle temperature between 245°C and 265°C, a heated bed temperature of 90°C–100°C, and a low or no cooling fan to ensure strong layer adhesion and minimise warping. Printing speeds of 30–50 mm/s provide optimal strength and surface quality.
With a heat deflection temperature of around 100°C under load, Polymaker PolyLite ABS Metallic offers industrial-grade durability while maintaining an attractive metallic sheen. It can also be acetone-smoothed to achieve a glossy, professional surface finish.
