TreeD PC PBT GF “DimensionMaster” is a glass-fibre-reinforced polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate blend for rigid functional FDM/FFF parts. TreeD identifies low warpage, impact resistance, low water absorption and high-strength, stiff parts with low creep as its main features.

Recommended printing settings
Nozzle temperature: 250–270 °C
Build plate temperature: 90 °C
Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
Part cooling fan: 0%
Pre-drying: 85 °C for 2 hours
These settings are manufacturer starting recommendations, not a universal profile. Tune settings for your printer and part. Glass fibres are abrasive; use a wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel. Check your printer and filament-feeding system’s suitability for abrasive engineering filaments.
Handling and processing
Store dry and protected from moisture. TreeD advises against leaving filament stationary in a hot nozzle for more than 20 minutes; for an extended pause, reduce the temperature below 210 °C or switch off the heater as appropriate.
